Important information about my booking order:

• The customer is responsible for providing accurate information.

• The customer can cancel a Requested Service appointment, at no cost, by filling out the Cancel Form within 12 hours before the agreed appointment start time.

• If the customer cancels a Requested Service appointment less than 12 hours before its scheduled time, the customer will be required to pay a cancellation fee of $200.
